2)Whale Watch Kaikoura maintains the right to raise the age limit depending on sea and
weather conditions at the time of check-in.
3)Any decision to raise the age limit is made by the captain of the scheduled vessel.
4)It has been deemed, due to the nature of our experience, the exposed coastline, changeable sea and weather conditions and the speed at which our vessels can travel at, as not suitable for a child under the age of 3-years.
