Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

| Less than 48 hours prior to travel | No refund |
If Leisure Tours cancels a tour or is unable to provide a tour (excluding acts of nature, terrorism or war), a full refund will be provided.
Leisure Tours reserves the right to charge an administration fee if the tour cancellation has become problematic.
Once the tour has commenced, no refunds will be given for any unused portion of the tour.

Please note that due to changes in the booking Terms and Conditions at the Hobbiton Movie Set, the Hobbiton Tour charge portion of any tour will not be refunded should the ship cancel its port of call, or should the ship change its arrival or departure time meaning the scheduled tour time at Hobbiton is not possible.
