We require a minimum number of four (4) adult passengers for our days tours to operate.
All half day tours require a minimum of two (2) adult passengers.
Children’s rates apply to those aged between 3-13 years inclusive. Children 2 years and under are free of charge if not occupying a seat. On all tours children are 50% of the adult fare unless where specifically stated, where children are 70% or 90% of the adult fare.
Group discounts are available on all tours upon request. Credit Cards We welcome most credit cards – Visa, Bankcard, MasterCard, Diners Card, American Express & JCB Card. Most foreign currencies and travellers cheques may also be used as payment. For online bookings, authorisation to charge against a credit card for all tour fees and/or cancellation/administration fees which may arise is implied once credit card details have been provided.
Modern luxury coaches and mini buses are used on all tours. All equipment provided is modern and of the highest quality.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee and/or recover all disbursement incurred on all tours where less than 7 Days notice of cancellation is given. Outside 7 Days no charge Within 7 days 50% Within 24 hours of scheduled departure 100% In addition to the above cancellation fees Cruise Ship Tours Ltd reserves the right to charge for any disbursements in respect of rail travel included in any tour should the booking be cancelled within 21 days of the date of travel. Online bookings may be liable for a 10% administration fee at any time. If no notice is given the full tour fee will be charged.
Japanese and other non-English language speaking guides required for groups can be made available by prior arrangement.
The BBQ meals referred to in this brochure consist of a selection of meats, including steak and sausages and a selection of salads with wine, beer and soft drinks being served. The restaurants we use for lunch on the full day tours all offer a superior menu and fine local cuisine.
Leisure Tours and its employees, agents and officers, accept no responsibility for any loss or damage whether personal or property, accident, inconvenience or delay, personal injury or death which may occur whilst on tour either as a result of any Act of God, changes in weather or services, mechanical breakdowns, strikes or otherwise. While care is taken in the selection of services, Leisure Tours make no representation or guarantee as to the standard, class or fitness for purpose of any services provided or places visited.
Once the tour commences only the unused portion of the tour will be refunded should the boats not sail or the plains not fly.
If due to lack of whale sightings or weather conditions the boats offers a partial refund, this refund will be passed onto our customers.
If whale watch is undertaken by light aircraft and no whales are seen, no refund applies.
These terms and conditions, may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone.
